Meet the Team

Emily - Dietitian

Qualified to translate information about nutrition and food into practical dietary information. Emily can help you manage health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or assist with weight management, You’ll learn how your food choices can affect your health condition.

Serena, Bhavleen and Sharina - Health and Well Being Coaches

HWBCs can support you to consider your lifestyle and give you the information to make choices to positively impact your health and wellbeing. As experts in behaviour change, we will work with you to: set personalised goals, develop knowledge, skills and confidence. We support those experiencing a range of long term conditions including:

  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • High Cholesterol
  • We also assist with weight management and we create opportunities to increase activity levels

7 Week Health and Wellbeing Programme

Every Tuesday starting from the 20th of February 2024 at 10.30am to 12.30pm at the New Bushbury Triangle, 74 Stanley Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 9EL

Thursdays at 11.00am to Prestbury Medical Practice, Broadway, Bushbury, Wolverhampton, WV10 8EA

What to expect:

  • An optional weekly weigh-in
  • A chance to talk to health care professionals
  • A focus for the week
  • Friendly environment
  • Support and guidance
  • Exercise routines from a fitness trainer (including seated exercises)
  • A group walk (optional)
